We ship from our network of warehouses and partner facilities to deliver quickly and reliably.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery estimates

  • UK: typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.

  • EU/International (if enabled): 7–20 business days.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where available) once your order is dispatched.

Shipping fees

  • Free UK shipping over £50.

Customs & duties (outside UK)

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees.

Wrong address & failed delivery

Please double-check your address. We’re not responsible for deliveries lost due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, we can reship (additional postage) or refund minus original postage.

Lost / stolen parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, contact the carrier first, then email elevate.support@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.
