Returns eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition, and in original/secure packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.

  • Non-returnable: gift cards, heavily used or damaged items not due to our error.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@elevatesupport.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend a tracked service.

Need a different item? Start a return, then place a new order for the item you’d like.

Late or missing refunds
